The Rejuvenation Bar treats low testosterone in men at our offices in Miami (Kendall) and North Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Eileen Rivera Jimenez, DNP, FNP, confirms the diagnosis with symptoms and morning labs, then recommends one of three paths: testosterone injections, testosterone pellets, or enclomiphene capsules for men who want to protect their fertility.

Common signs include low sex drive, weaker erections, low energy, low mood or irritability, loss of muscle and more body fat. Some men also notice brain fog, such as difficulty concentrating or feeling less mentally clear. Men of any adult age can have low testosterone, including men in their twenties. These symptoms have other causes too, so testing comes before treatment.
A diagnosis needs two things: symptoms that fit, and testosterone levels that are consistently low. Testosterone is highest in the morning, so blood is usually drawn early, and a low result is usually repeated. Dr. Eileen may also check related hormones such as LH, FSH and estradiol to understand why your level is low.
This question shapes your whole plan. Testosterone from injections or pellets signals your body to stop making its own. Over time, sperm count can fall to zero and the testicles can shrink.
If your family is complete, testosterone injections or pellets are usually the most direct option.
If you may want children, Dr. Eileen usually recommends enclomiphene, which raises testosterone without replacing it.
Enclomiphene is a capsule that helps your body make more of its own testosterone. It blocks estrogen's signal in the brain, which prompts the pituitary gland to release more of the hormones that tell the testicles to produce testosterone and sperm. In studies, it raised testosterone while keeping sperm counts in the normal range.
Enclomiphene is one of the two forms that make up clomiphene, a fertility medicine used for decades. Enclomiphene on its own is not FDA-approved. Ours is compounded by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to you. Reported side effects include headache, nausea and dizziness.

Some men come to us after buying testosterone or "research" peptides online. Products sold without a prescription are not held to pharmacy standards and can contain hormones that are not on the label. Adding them on top of prescribed testosterone can push your levels far outside a safe range. If you are taking anything like this, tell us, so we can build a plan around what is really in your system.
Testosterone therapy is monitored, not just prescribed. At follow-ups, Dr. Eileen reviews your symptoms and rechecks labs such as testosterone and red blood cell count. Prostate screening is included when it is appropriate for your age and risk.
Testosterone can raise your red blood cell count, which increases the risk of clots if it goes too high. It can also worsen sleep apnea, cause acne or breast tenderness, and lower fertility. It is not appropriate for men actively trying to conceive. Regular labs let Dr. Eileen catch changes early and adjust your plan.
Testosterone injections and enclomiphene are priced the same at both offices. Pellet pricing differs by office. Labs can be billed to insurance or paid in cash, with cash results usually back in 48 to 72 hours. Payment plans are available through Cherry, CareCredit and Klarna; contact the office about the Klarna option.
Care is led by Dr. Eileen Rivera Jimenez, DNP, FNP. Your consultation is a place to ask questions, understand the options, and decide on the next step together.

It can. Testosterone therapy often lowers sperm count, sometimes to zero. If you may want children, ask about enclomiphene.
Not exactly. Clomid (clomiphene) is a mix of two forms of the drug. Enclomiphene is one of those forms on its own.
Some men notice changes in energy and sex drive within several weeks. Changes in muscle and body fat take months.
Usually, yes. Testosterone is highest in the morning, so morning results are the most reliable.
Yes, if they are from the past 6 months and include what Dr. Eileen needs to see.
Your body's own production may take time to recover. Talk with Dr. Eileen before stopping so she can plan the transition.
Neither is better for everyone. Pellets mean fewer visits; injections are easier to adjust.
