Lab testing for our patients in Miami and North Providence
The Rejuvenation Bar offers in-office blood collection at both our Miami (Kendall) and North Providence, RI offices for patients in our care. Samples are processed by an outside laboratory. Cash-pay results usually return in 48 to 72 hours, and insurance results in about a week. We also offer an at-home hormone kit and accept your own labs from the past 6 months.

Why labs matter in your care
Labs turn symptoms into a plan. Dr. Eileen Rivera Jimenez, DNP, FNP uses them to confirm a diagnosis, such as low testosterone, to check that a treatment is safe for you, and to track how you respond. She looks at your results as a whole rather than one number at a time.
Which tests are available?
Panels are customized to your care. Depending on your plan, they may include hormone levels, such as testosterone, estradiol, LH and FSH; thyroid tests; metabolic tests, such as blood sugar, cholesterol, kidney and liver function; blood counts, which matter for testosterone therapy; and vitamin levels, such as B12 and vitamin D.

At-home hormone test kit
If coming in is hard, we can send a kit to your home. It covers a basic hormone panel, not every test a full blood draw can. Dr. Eileen will tell you whether the kit is enough for your situation.
Can I bring my own labs?
Yes. If you had labs with your primary care provider in the past 6 months, bring or send them before your visit. Dr. Eileen will check whether anything is missing, so you only repeat what is needed.
How to prepare
Some tests need fasting and some are best drawn in the morning, such as testosterone. We will give you instructions for your specific panel. Do not stop or change prescribed medicines for a test unless we tell you to.
